Dr. Aik Beng Ng is an active figure in the AI and technology innovation landscape, contributing his leadership and efforts across various organisations and industries. With over 20 years of industry experience and a Ph.D. in AI, Dr. Ng is presently the Senior Regional Manager at NVIDIA AI Technology Center Asia Pacific South and leads a team of young researchers to work on various interesting AI research and to promote AI within the ecosystem, through strategic partnerships and collaborations with institutes of higher learning, industry, and government. Prior to NVIDIA, Dr. Ng’s career traversed diverse industries in both private and public sectors in multifaceted roles from SMEs to MNCs and public agencies. Examples include leading an innovation team to explore new business opportunities empowered by technological innovations, an industry developer to engage global companies and grow Singapore as a technology hub, leading an IT team during which Dr. Ng patented a methodology for PC software deployment, and more. This has enabled him to become a versatile professional experienced in hybrid job roles requiring deep technology and business experience.
