Huong spent a decade building Vietnam International Bank’s retail division into Vietnam’s #1 leader in auto loans, credit cards, and bancassurance, managing over $10B in assets. She is an active investor with a 42.5% IRR and 6x TVPI, having advised 30+ startups across fintech and retail. She holds a foundation in Mathematics, an MBA in Finance & Accounting from Fordham, and has completed executive programs at Wharton and Harvard. In early 2025, she founded 6igma Ventures to back early-stage fintech, retail, and AI startups with both capital and conscious leadership.
