With over 17 years of experience in business strategy development, project/program management, digital and green transformation consulting, and ESG practices, Mr. Phuong has held numerous key roles in the public sector and across various industries such as construction, automotive, and fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG). He also possesses in-depth expertise in both domestic and international bidding activities.
Mr. Phuong has collaborated as a core member of expert groups in developing business strategies, digital and green transformation programs, annual and sustainable development reports and BOD management reports for leading corporations. Additionally, Mr. Phuong has had the opportunity to collaborate with prestigious international partners such as BCG, Bain, Salesforce, PwC, and EY.
As a Consulting Director at FPT Digital, Mr. Phuong is responsible for leading digital transformation strategy consulting, overseeing the execution of digital initiatives, and training internal teams on leveraging technology to ensure operational efficiency and build brand credibility.
Previously, he served as Senior Coordinator at Vinamilk, where he led strategic programs, project governance, and comprehensive enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives.
He also worked at THACO as CEO Assistant in charge of policy consulting and strategic projects. Prior to that, he served as Chief of Office at the Department of Planning and Investment of Binh Phuoc Province for over 10 years, holding key positions in policy management, project oversight, and socio-economic data analysis.
Mr. Phuong earned an MBA from Economics University and an additional master's degree in project management (accredited by PMI) from The University of Sydney - Australia, and a prior Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Sciences – Ho Chi Minh City.
